On-Site Registrars

CMI offers a reduced tuition for people willing to serve as our On-Site Registrar for any of our one-day programs. The tuition for our Registrars is $95.00, compared to the full price of  $159.00 for a one-day seminar.

What are the responsibilities of the On-Site Registrar?

You must arrive at the hotel approximately ½ hour before the Coffee/Check-In time, to meet the speaker (who will have your box of materials and the sign-in sheet), set-up and familiarize yourself with the materials.

You will make sure each attendee signs the Sign-In roster and receives a program manual and a nametag.

Occasionally, people may arrive who are registering on-site or who think they have pre-registered but they are not on the Sign-In roster. You will simply have them fill-out the required forms and, in the case of on-site registration, collect payment (to be handed to the speaker after registration.)

We do NOT ask that you miss any part of the seminar itself. If you notice that some attendees have arrived late, simply ask the speaker to announce at the morning break, that all persons must sign-in and see you if their name is not on the list.

At the end of the day, you are to collect evaluations and give out a certificate to each attendee that has completed the day. All materials then become the responsibility of the speaker, to return to CMI.
